Waterloo Bridge project complete; erosion under the span will be addressed separately

Parks and Recreation staff told the commission that the Waterloo Bridge project is complete and presented before-and-after photos, noting the work took longer than anticipated due to rain delays.
“Waterloo Bridge is a 100% complete,” the staff member said, and staff displayed images of the bridge before and after the project. Staff added that erosion under the bridge will require additional work not included in the current project and will be addressed at a later date. When asked who the contractor was, staff identified SF Landscaping.
Commissioners expressed satisfaction with the finished bridge. No costs or warranty details were provided at the meeting.
