The Arvada City Council on Oct. 7, 2025, approved a set of administrative rules allowing designated outdoor drinking areas in parts of Old Town, voted to reprogram Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to support a Beyond Home rehabilitation project, and approved a six‑item consent agenda that includes utility easements and a laboratory services memorandum of understanding.
