The Montezuma County Board of County Commissioners on Oct. 14 approved an amendment and rezoning to Lot 2 of the Lynch Minor Subdivision (applicants: Paul Abate and Stacy Kost) that will split the parcel into three lots. The property is described in meeting materials as roughly 21.05 acres and is located near Road 29.75 south of Road R in Dolores.
