Greenwood’s Board of Public Works and Safety approved a slate of development, permitting and infrastructure items during its Oct. 6 meeting, including acceptance of public improvements, release of performance and maintenance guarantees, noise‑permit waivers for private events, several contracts and change orders, and authorization to prepare a single‑parcel sewer service agreement for a property outside the city limits. The board continued one encroachment request after staff identified a previously unshown pipeline easement.
