Council accepts contractor update and approves next pay application for Public Safety Building
Contractor AGCM reported the Public Safety Building is tracking for a November completion and council approved the contractor’s request to proceed (motion carried 5-0).

AGCM project manager Ethel Hudgins updated the council on construction of the City’s Public Safety Building, reporting interior finishes, installed HVAC units, most doors set (glass pending) and landscape work completed. Hudgins said concrete, LVT and carpeting installations and remaining FF&E were scheduled for the final period and the project was tracking to the previously-discussed November 19 target completion date.
