Roscoe Liquor Commission increases Class A cap to allow QuickMark relocation; issues license for 5526 Elevator Road
The Village of Roscoe Liquor Commission voted to increase the maximum number of authorized Class A licenses from five to six and granted a Class A license to Penny Inc., doing business as QuickMark, at 5526 Elevator Road.
