The council member said he understood the scrutiny but asked that future high-cost equipment purchases include more information. "...I do think, in at least in the future, these big vehicle ... some of these big pieces of equipment that are hundreds of thousands of dollars, I personally like the more information, the better," the council member said.
Staff offered to get additional detail from fleet staff, naming Tom Brower as a point of contact for specific procurement history.
