Commission tables PD‑107 revised development plan at applicant's request

The Red Oak Planning and Zoning Commission on Aug. 4 closed the public hearing and voted to table without date a request to amend Planned Development 107 (revision from revised 5 to revised 6) for a development at the southwest corner of Harmony Way and North Interstate 35. The application was identified in the meeting record as requested by Michael Westfall.
Planning staff told commissioners the applicant asked to continue work on the project and requested the item be tabled; staff recommended tabling the item indefinitely. The commission voted to table the item to allow the applicant and staff to continue coordination before returning the matter to the commission.
