On Oct. 15 the Calvert County Planning Commission certified final approval for Magnolia Ridge West (SDFP 143215), confirming conditions of preliminary approval for 79 townhouse lots, open space parcels and private rights-of-way and approving several routine agenda items including the 2026 meeting schedule.
