The solid waste representative said the Saturday program accepts aerosols, batteries, fluorescent lights and other mercury‑containing items, thermometers and thermostats, oil‑based paints and solvents. Electronics and other devices are accepted at the same drop‑off; televisions carry a disposal fee that varies by size, recorded as $5 or $10 depending on the TV.
