Committee approves retroactive credit-card report of $25,009.77

The Evanston City Council Administration & Public Works Committee on Sept. 29 approved a retroactive report of BMO Harris Amazon credit-card activity for the period ending July 26, 2025, in the amount of $25,009.77 and 73¢.

The vote on item A2 passed 4–0 with one abstention after Council member Nussma moved the item and Council member Harris seconded the motion. Council member Suffredan recorded an abstention during the roll-call vote.

The item was an approval of a financial activity report; no substantive debate or staff presentation was recorded during the committee discussion. The committee recorded the roll-call votes as follows: Harris, Ailes, Nussma and Davis voted yes; Suffredan abstained.
