Laramie, Wyo. — During discussion on Sept. 22, members of the Select Committee on Blockchain and commissioners said Wyoming should begin laying statutory and operational groundwork to permit state-issued asset-backed tokens and other tokenization efforts beyond the Frontier Stable Token.
