The Jackson County Budget Committee held an ordinance that would repeal Jackson County Code sections 9103 and 9104, replacing them with two new sections addressing the Board of Equalization. Committee Chair Legislator Charlie Franklin introduced the item and asked whether anyone was present to speak on the ordinance; with no speakers, the committee moved to hold the item "barring objection."
