Committee members reviewed logistics for a community shredding event scheduled for Oct. 10. Organizers confirmed two main shifts (roughly 9:30 a.m. setup with shifts 10 a.m.–noon and noon–2:30 p.m.), asked public works to block the street, and agreed that volunteers or a deputy would stage setup if staff could not be present.
