Borough engineer: road program set for mid‑October; Church and Bailey intersection submittal to PennDOT pending
Pannoni Engineering reported a borough road program scheduled for mid‑October that will include Yaden Avenue and Parkview Boulevard, said the Church and Bailey intersection permit submission to PennDOT received comments and must be revised, and reminded council the MS4 annual report is due Sept. 30.

Pannoni Engineering told council on Sept. 11 that the borough’s road program is scheduled for mid‑October and will include Yaden Avenue from McDade to Allen and Parkview Boulevard from South Longacre to Angora. “Once we have an exact date for that, we'll make sure that the borough is notified so any resident or notices can go out and that the contractor is notifying the affected residents as well along those roads,” the engineer said.
