Larimer County updates timeline for ranch projects; event lawn construction to begin
County staff said requests for proposals for wayfinding are underway, schematic design for phase 2 projects is due Dec. 29, the Blue restaurant and a parking/County Road 5 project are nearing completion in September, and the event lawn contractor has received a notice to proceed.
