Council votes to enter executive session to discuss fairground security

At the close of the Committee of the Whole, Summit County Council voted to enter executive session for the purpose of discussing fairground security. The committee chair called the roll and recorded affirmative responses from council members present, including Mr. Schmidt, Miss Hyam, Mr. Donofrio, Mr. Kajian, Miss Dickinson, Mr. Ford, Mr. Wilhite, Ms. Darrow, Mr. Lacotte, Ms. McKinney and Ms. Walters. The chair then asked the audience and cameras to leave the chambers before the executive session began.
