The Allegheny County Board of Legislators voted Sept. 11 to authorize and approve a settlement agreement related to opioid litigation brought as part of a larger class action. The resolution (Intro. 344‑25) was offered by the Ways and Means Committee and approved by roll call, 12 in favor and 3 absent.
