The board voted to approve a series of competitive procurements and contract awards covering maintenance, building materials and services, including competitive proposals for HVAC/chilled‑water maintenance, commercial storefront doors, fence supplies and building materials. Those items carried on routine motions and voice votes recorded during the meeting.
