The City of Kenosha Finance Committee approved a development grant agreement with Shucks Container Systems Inc. on Oct. 20, 2025, authorizing the company to manage infrastructure improvements at a property north of 40 Sixth Street on Seventieth Avenue. The committee voted 5-0 to approve the agreement.
