Human Rights Commission approves September minutes; pauses opening fund at Tulsa Community Foundation
The commission unanimously approved the Sept. meeting minutes, and Vice Chair France reported the commission will not establish a donor-advised fund at the Tulsa Community Foundation now because of a roughly $500 annual minimum fee and current limited funds.
