Developers present 59‑lot Oak Hammock subdivision; county staff flag floodplain, access and PDP deviations
At a Nassau County Development Review Committee meeting Oct. 21, developers presented plans for a 59‑lot subdivision at Oak Hammock. County staff raised issues including FEMA flood zone mapping, deviations from the previously approved PDP, secondary access and stormwater requirements.

Zach Brecht, project manager with England Tims and Miller, representing Wildlife LLC, told the Nassau County Development Review Committee on Oct. 21 that the Wildlife Oak Hammock Residential Project is “a 59 lot subdivision, located off of the River Bluff Parkway, which is currently under construction.”
