City staff told the Concord City Council on Aug. 12 that they plan to implement Workday as the city’s new enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution and recommended AVP as the implementation partner, with estimated implementation costs not to exceed $3,000,000 and estimated subscription costs of about $4,600,000 over five years.
