The Troy City Council on Sept. 2 adopted Resolution R47-20-25 to amend the city's professional services agreement with American StructurePoint, Inc., adding a facilities operations study (FOS) to the comprehensive parks and recreation master plan update at an additional cost not to exceed $20,000 and bringing the total contract to a not-to-exceed $100,000.
