The Spring Valley Town Advisory Board voted Jan. 28, 2025, to grant a first extension of time (ET24400140) to allow the applicant more time to commence construction on a proposed office building on a 3.8-acre portion of a 13.6-acre parcel in the CP zone along Cimarron, moving the legal commencement deadline to May 2026.
