The Enterprise Town Advisory Board on Jan. 29 denied a plan amendment (PA25700001) and a corresponding zone change (ZC250005) for an 11.21‑acre Biscern Development proposal at the northeast corner of Decatur Boulevard and LeBaron Avenue. The board also denied the associated vacation/abandonment (VS250006). The design review/waiver file (WS250008) proceeded separately and the board recorded action consistent with its motion.
