Spring Valley advisory board approves four land-use items; reviews role and recommendation process

At its meeting the Spring Valley Town Advisory Board approved four land-use items — a tentative map, a county park design review, a restaurant design review and an easement vacate — and reviewed expectations for clear staff write-ups and board recommendations under Nevada statutes.
