The Planning and Zoning Commission voted Sept. 11 to approve a lot split creating a 27.131-acre parcel within the Hill Farm 2 Historic Conservation District (HCD). The split, part of the larger Hill Farm 2 development plan, passed on a 6-0 roll call.
