Board adopts Diversity, Equity and Inclusion supplemental to strategic plan, adds limited wording changes
The Structural Pest Control Board on March 12 approved a DEI supplemental for its 2023–2028 strategic plan after staff and consultant Solid Planning Solutions proposed edits. The board accepted language additions to mission, objectives and values, and asked staff to convert approved objectives into action steps and timelines.
