Weld County Commissioners approved Contract ID 9859, which consists of plans 1 and 2 for the 2025–26 allocation of core child welfare services. Jamie Ulrich, director of the Department of Human Services, said the funding is used to provide services to the county's child welfare population and that state approval of the plan is required.
