The Board of Weld County Commissioners adopted newly written bylaws for the Weld County Pretrial Services Advisory Board. Doug Ehrler of Justice Services presented the item and said the advisory board — established by statute to support the county's pretrial services program — had its original bylaws from 2010 and needed updating after membership turnover.
