Presenter Mr. Mora said the originally recorded document contained a reservation in the legal description but did not clearly describe the easement area or the waterline that currently occupies the site. With the assistance of the city's licensed surveyor, David Dale, staff prepared a corrected document that identifies and describes the waterline and easement area. "The owners are prepared to convey the easement," Mr. Mora said, and staff recommended approval. Council approved the document and instructed staff to record it. No public debate or requests to continue the item were made during the meeting.
