The Pendleton County Board of Education on Aug. 18 approved a Head Start Utilization Agreement as recommended by Superintendent Buerkley. Mr. Kevin Barnard moved approval and Mr. Derek Brown seconded. The motion passed unanimously (Griffin-Yes; Schack-Yes; Barnard-Yes; Beebe-Yes; Brown-Yes).
