At the Aug. 12 meeting, the Knox County Court approved an agreement with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for Rural Flex Funds to repave portions of five county roads: Black Pike, Blue Lick, Pond School, old U.S. 127 North and Frank Heock. The court authorized Judge Adams to sign the agreement.
