District plans to move to Diligent/BoardDocs platform; committee recommended renewal for streamlined archives

The committee reviewed a proposal July 28 to adopt Diligent Community’s BoardDocs platform for board materials and public access. Administrators said the district previously lost records during a prior platform change and that Diligent’s purchase of BoardDocs offers a seamless archive and upgraded service.
