The Neighborhood and Affordable Housing Advisory Board on Sept. 9 approved the City of Clearwater’s State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) closeout report for program year 2022–23 after a staff presentation that summarized activities, households served and several account balances. The approval occurred by motion and voice vote during the board’s regular meeting in City Council Chambers.
