H1 requested vacation of easement in Shady Villas to allow an existing garage to remain; H2 requested vacation in Brandywine North to allow a screened pool to remain. Commissioners voted to approve both petitions; the clerk recorded each vote as 5-0.
Staff confirmed no objections and said the petitions were routine; the property owners were present and had a chance to ask questions prior to the motions.
