The City of Sandy unanimously approved Ordinance 2025‑01 to rezone the Sandy Transit Operations Center at 16610 Champion Way from Industrial Park (I‑1) to Light Industrial (I‑2). Council and staff said the change aligns the siteʼs zoning with its existing use and will simplify design standards for buildings internal to the site.
