Planning staff told the commission on July 22 that the city’s master-plan process has begun with the kickoff meeting led by consultants Progressive and that staff is assembling a steering committee to guide the plan. Staff asked for volunteers from the Planning Commission and said a public application process will be available for residents and stakeholders who want to participate.
