Village says Ivanhoe development discussions ongoing; construction not expected until next year

A Mundelein resident asked the village for an update on the Ivanhoe development, which had received media attention earlier in the year. The resident said, “I would like to know what's happening with the Ivanhoe development. It seemed like it was it was heating up. There was a lot of publicity. Now it's sort of gone dead. I haven't heard anything.”
