Ross told the board the package includes an overarching ongoing services agreement to allow OHM to provide future engineering or planning support and a task order (task order number 1) that specifically addresses the TIF plan update. He said the DDA’s attorneys had reviewed the draft agreement.
Mr. Anderson moved to approve the agreement wording; the motion was seconded and carried. Board members did not request additional conditions during the vote. Staff will execute the agreement and return an executed copy to the board.
