During commissioner comments Sept. 4, Greene County commissioners urged local jurisdictions to participate in the regional PDAC process for state and federal funding and explained how the process works. Commissioners said the Dayton Development Coalition coordinates the effort, which collects project submissions and vets them through multiple committees before ranking regional priorities to send to state and federal legislators.
