Ohio Controlling Board, Aug. 25 — The Controlling Board approved spending authority for internship reimbursements administered by the Ohio Department of Development after officials explained the department handles applications and reimbursements for companies that set up internships with high schools. Riley Everhart of the Department of Development said the department operates the program, receives applications from companies and reimburses firms once agreements with high schools are in place.
