The Fenton Planning and Zoning Commission on Feb. 4 voted to continue case 2024TXT12, consideration of amendments to the city's zoning code related to the comprehensive development plan.
Commission staff requested the continuation and the commission approved the request by voice vote; a formal motion to continue was made and seconded on the record. The continuance keeps the item on the commission docket for a future meeting.
Earlier in the new-business portion of the agenda, the commission recorded that case 2025SUPO2, a petition by Matt Walker of Second Mile Service Company for a special use permit for outdoor storage at 1741 Rudder Industrial Park Drive (P3 Business Park District), was withdrawn by the petitioner and no action was taken.
Chairperson Yeoman moved to continue case 2024TXT12; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. Staff indicated no additional actions were required at the Feb. 4 meeting and the matter will return to a future agenda for further consideration.
