The House Education Committee gave a due pass to Senate Bill 75, a bill that updates Educational Retirement Board (ERB) statutory language to codify several existing practices and add a new allowance to share member information with the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) for the limited purpose of identifying credit that members might consolidate.
