The Columbus City Council adopted an update to the Bartholomew County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan on Feb. 18, accepting a countywide plan that is required for eligibility for FEMA mitigation funding and to maintain certain flood-insurance and disaster-recovery program eligibility.
