Council authorized the engineer to file grant applications for a storm sewer cleaning and televising project and for the Heritage Hill Park rehabilitation project, and approved payment of Penn E and R Inc. invoice No. 26363 for $10,517.50.

The borough engineer told council the office intends to assist White Oak with grant applications this spring to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (PA DCED) for a storm sewer cleaning and televising project and other projects with deadlines in April and May.
