Chair Fran(s)den called the Feb. 27 meeting of the House Capital Investment Committee to order and confirmed a quorum. Representative Rick Hansen moved to approve the minutes from Feb. 25. The committee chair called for discussion, heard none, asked for the ayes and a member said “Aye.” The chair then called for opposed, received no opposition and announced the minutes were approved.
