Springdale Planning Commission refines accessory-structure rules, sends ADU recommendations to public hearing
At a April 2 work session the Springdale Planning Commission reviewed draft changes to accessory-structure rules (section 10-20-8), debated size, height and visibility criteria for large lots, and took the housing committee's ADU recommendations to public hearing. Commissioners approved the meeting agenda and minutes and later adjourned.
