Poughkeepsie IDA audit in process; RBT awaiting supporting documents

The Poughkeepsie Industrial Development Agency told board members at its Feb. 12 meeting that the agency’s 2024 annual audit is underway and that the outside auditor will issue a draft once supporting documents are received.
Randall Johnson, who introduced the update, said the engagement and planning-and-scope letters are signed and that sections for testing have been uploaded to a secure portal for RBT. He said RBT is awaiting additional documents, including pilot information and general ledger documentation, and that the CFO is preparing the remaining items.
"Once RBT receives all items needed they will process with completing the audit and provide a draft to the Poughkeepsie IDA board," Johnson told the board. The board discussed posting adopted policies on the agency website so outstanding requirements tied to the annual meeting can be demonstrated to the auditor.
No firm completion date was given; Johnson said the CFO should be able to provide a timeline when the supporting documents are ready.
